Delivery Areas


We provide delivery services nationwide, and international shipping is available upon request. Delivery availability and fees will be confirmed at the time of purchase.

Processing Time

  • Standard items typically ship within 5–7 business days.

  • Custom and made-to-order furniture may require additional lead time, which will be clearly communicated during the order process.

Delivery & Installation


Our team ensures safe handling and delivery of your order. Where applicable, we also provide professional installation. Delivery timelines may vary depending on product type, customisation, and destination.

Shipping Fees


Delivery fees are calculated based on location, product size, and order value, and will always be communicated before your order is confirmed.

Returns & Exchanges


Due to the bespoke nature of many of our products, general returns are not accepted. However, we offer the following:

Damaged or Defective Items: Please notify us within 48 hours if your order arrives damaged or with a manufacturing defect. We will arrange repair, replacement, or exchange at no additional cost.


Order Cancellations: Non-custom items may be canceled within 24 hours of purchase. Custom and bespoke orders cannot be canceled once production has begun.


Non-Returnable Items: Custom-made furniture, clearance items, and special orders are non-returnable and non-refundable, except in cases of defect or damage.

Customer Responsibility


It is important to ensure accurate measurements and specifications before placing custom orders to avoid delays or issues.
