Our Coverage

​

• Structural Warranty: All custom furniture comes with a 2-year warranty against structural defects in materials and workmanship under normal residential use.
   

• Hardware & Mechanisms: Hinges, drawer slides, and motion systems are covered according to the original manufacturer’s warranty.
   

• Finishes & Upholstery: Surface finishes, fabrics, and leathers are covered for 12 months against defects, excluding normal wear and tear.

Exclusions

This warranty does not cover:

• Normal wear and tear, fading, or natural variations in wood, fabric, or leather.

​

• Damage caused by misuse, neglect, accidents, alterations, or improper care.

​

• Products exposed to extreme conditions such as humidity, heat, or direct sunlight.

​

• Non-residential or commercial use, unless otherwise agreed.

Our Promise

If a defect covered by this warranty occurs within the warranty period, we will, at our discretion:

• Repair the item

• Replace the defective component, or

​

• Provide a comparable replacement product.
